摘　　要：随着移动互联网的日益普及,微信用户规模的迅速扩大,微信已成为重要的交流工具。在微信平台下,实现医疗服务的信息系统,由于用户广、粘性强、精准度高、互动性强、使用方便快捷等优点,已被众多用户所接受。笔者以解放军第102医院实际情况为例,介绍微信平台在医疗信息系统中的优势,并对移动医疗平台的主要模块功能及运营策略进行探讨,旨在简化就医流程、方便患者就医、改善就医体验,从而为患者提供高效、优质、便捷的医疗服务,也为今后其他医疗单位建设微信公众平台提供参考。With the growing popularity of mobile Internet,the rapid expansion of WeChat users,WeChat has become an important tool for communication.Under the WeChat platform,the information system for medical service has been accepted by many users because of its advantages such as wide range,high stickiness,high precision,strong interactivity and convenient operation.Based on the actual situation of the 102nd Hospital of PLA as an example,the author introduces the advantage of WeChat platform in medical information system,and discusses the main functional module of mobile medical platform and operation strategies,in order to simplify the medical treatment process,convenient for patients,improve medical experience,so as to provide efficient,high-quality and convenient medical services for patients,but also to provide a reference for the future construction of other medical units of WeChat public platform.
