摘　　要：随着企业业务规模的快速增长和公司精细化管理的加强,手工分析数据的方法,已难以满足企业管理者快速分析和预测经营状况的要求,企业管理者需要从数据中获得信息,从信息中获得知识,再运用知识作出正确的决策。商业智能(BI)通过信息系统的支持,深挖信息价值,提供多视角、多层次分析报告,辅助企业在操作层、战术层和战略层,作出业务经营决策。笔者阐述了商业智能(BI)在财务管理中的应用,并在此基础上探讨大数据及人工智能未来在企业财务管理中的应用。With the rapid growth of business scale and the enhancement of company's fine management,the manual data analysis method has been difficult to meet the requirements of quick analysis and prediction of operating situation for the enterprise managers.Enterprise managers need to obtain information from data,obtain knowledge from information,and then use the knowledge to make right strategic decisions.Business intelligence(BI),through the support of information system,can deeply excavate the value of information,to provide multi-angle,multi-level analysis report,supporting enterprises to make business decision in the operating level,tactical and strategic level.The author expounds the application of business intelligence(BI)in the financial management,and discusses the future application of large data and artificial intelligence in enterprise financial management.
