摘　　要：VPN(Virtual Private Network,虚拟专用网),是一种远程访问技术。该技术利用公用网络架设专用网络,可实现移动办公、远程访问等。笔者从基层统计信息平台现状、信息化建设需求出发,分析了VPN的诸多优势,以VPN技术在基层统计局的应用为案例,介绍了VPN的具体解决方案和系统配置。VPN(Virtual Private Network)is a remote access technology.The technology uses a public network to set up a dedicated network,can achieve mobile office,remote access and so on.Based on the status quo of grass-roots statistical information platform and the demand of information construction,the author analyzes the advantages of VPN,and introduces the application of VPN technology in grass-roots statistical office as the case,and introduces the specific solution and system configuration of VPN.
