基于DICOM标准的医学图像数据库的设计

摘　　要：医学图像数据库是用来存储大量医学影像的系统,为实现图像信息应用提供了基础平台,也是PACS(Picture Archive and Communication System)系统和其他医学影像信息系统的重要组成部分。DICOM标准(Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine)作为现代医学影像数据存储、交换的标准,已被广泛应用在许多数字影像设备上。DICOM采用的面向对象的方法,是将医学影像的信息包括像素信息都存储在了.dcm后缀的文件上,以文件的形式进行存储。目前已有打开DICOM标准格式图像的软件,而将一系列图片打开解析后并且按层次存入数据库中,对数据进行整合这方面的尚不完善,特别是对某些动态信息进行检索。笔者利用C#所提供的平台以及DICOM标准,设计了一个基于DICOM标准的数据库,可以对存入数据库的DICOM文件按层次检索。Medical image database is used to store a large number of medical images,provides the foundation platform for the realization of the image information application.It is also an important part of PACS system and other medical imaging systems.DICOM standard,as a modern medical imaging data storage and exchange standard,has been used in many digital imaging devices widely.DICOM standard adopts object-oriented approach,which store the pixel information and medical imaging information in a file with.dcm.There are several software support DICOM standard,but it is not perfect in data integration,especially the retrieval of some dynamic information.By using the platform provided by C#and the DICOM standard,the author designs a database based on DICOM standard,which can retrieve the DICOM files stored in the database at the hierarchical level.
