消乳散结胶囊联合乳癖散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生症临床疗效及对患者血脂、性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察消乳散结胶囊联合乳癖散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效及对患者血脂、性激素水平的影响。方法将100例乳腺增生症患者随机分为2组。对照组50例予枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗;治疗组50例在对照组治疗基础上予消乳散结胶囊联合乳癖散结胶囊治疗。2组均连续治疗2个月经周期后,比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后血脂[包括总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]及性激素[包括血清雌二醇(E_2)、黄体生成激素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、孕酮(P)]水平变化。结果治疗组总有效率94.00%,对照组总有效率64.00%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后乳房疼痛时间、肿块长径较治疗前均缩短(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后乳房疼痛时间、肿块长径均短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后E_2、LH水平均降低(P<0.05),FSH、P水平均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后E_2、LH均低于对照组(P<0.05),FSH、P水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后TG、LDL-C水平均明显下降(P<0.05),TC、HDL-C无明显变化(P>0.05);对照组治疗前后各血脂指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后TG、LDL-C水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消乳散结胶囊联合乳癖散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生症可显著缓解乳房疼痛,减小乳腺肿块体积,并能有效调节性激素及血脂水平,疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Xiaoru-sanjie capsule combined with Rupi-sanjie capsule on hyperplasia of mammary glands patients and its effects on blood lipid and sex hormone levels.Methods 100 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomly divided into two groups.50 cases in control group were treated by tamoxifen tablets,and 50 cases in treatment group were treated by Xiaoru-sanjie capsule combined with Rupi-sanjie capsule on the basis of the control group.After continuous treatment of 2 menstrual cycles,the clinical efficacy of 2 groups were compared before and after treatment.The blood lipids[including total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)]and sex hormones[including serum estradiol(E 2),progesterone(LH),and follicle stimulating hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),progesterone(P)]were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 94.00%in treatment group and 64.00%in control group.The curative effect in treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of breast pain and the length of tumor in both groups were shorter than those before treatment(P<0.05).The time of breast pain and the length of tumor in treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,E 2 and LH levels in two groups were decreased(P<0.05),FSH and P levels were increased(P<0.05),and E 2 and LH in treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the level of P was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TG and LDL-C in treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05),and there was no significant change in TC and HDL-C(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in serum lipids between the control group(P>0.05).The TG and LDL-C levels after treatment in treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Xiaoru-sanjie capsule combined with R
