自制髋关节支具在经股动脉穿刺途径介入手术后的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨我科自行研制的改良式髋关节支具在股动脉穿刺术后压迫止血的有效性和安全性。方法选择经股动脉穿刺行介入治疗的患者124例,按随机数字表法分为试验组(62例)与对照组(62例)。对照组常规在股动脉穿刺点用弹力绷带8字型加压包扎的基础上使用沙袋压迫止血6h;试验组在股动脉穿刺点使用自制改良式髋关节支具加压固定止血,2组患者均下肢制动24h。比较2组术后约束相关并发症。结果试验组穿刺部位假性动脉瘤、皮肤过敏反应及排尿困难发生率均为0,皮下淤血、皮肤过敏反应发生率显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论我科自行研制的改良式髋关节支具在股动脉穿刺术后压迫止血的效果有效、安全。Objective To evaluate effectiveness and safety of the modified hip branch developed by our department for compression hemostasis after femoral artery puncture.Methods A total of 124 patients with femoral artery puncture were randomly divided into the control group(n=62)and the experimental group(n=62).In the control group,the femoral artery puncture point with the elastic bandage 8 character pressure bandaging was applied and the sand bag was used to compress the hemostasis for 6 h.The experimental group used the self-made modified hip brace to pressurize and stop bleeding at the femoral artery puncture point,and the two groups of patients were all lower extremities brake for 24 h.The postoperative constraints related complications and the effect of compression therapy were observed between the two groups.Results The incidence of pseudoaneurysm in the puncture site,cutaneous anaphylaxis and dysuria in the experimental group was 0,and the incidence of subcutaneous congestion and hematoma and skin anaphylaxis in the experimental group was significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The oppressive hemostasis effect of the modified hip branch developed by our department after femoral artery puncture is effective and safe.
