摘 要:研究了再生胶用量对硫化胶的物理机械性能及滞后损失的影响。结果表明,随着再生胶用量不断减少,t_(10)变化不大、t_(90)先减小后增大且M_H-M_L迅速增大。随着再生胶用量的增加,拉伸强度、100%定伸应力、200%定伸应力有所降低;扯断伸长率、压缩永久形变有所增大;硬度变化不大且再生胶对100℃×24 h老化后压缩胶性能保持率影响不大。随着再生胶用量的增加,tanδ呈现出先上升后下降再上升的波动趋势。The effect of reclaim ed rubber on physical&mechanical properties and hysteresis loss of vulcanizates was studied.The results showed that as the amount of reclaimed rubber decreased,t10 did not change much,t90 first decreased and then increased,and MH-ML increased rapidly.As the amount of reclaimed rubber increased,the tensile strength,100%tensile stress,and 200%tensile stress decreased;the elongation at break and the permanent compression set increased;the hardness changed little and the reclaimed rubber has little effect on the retention of compressed rubber after aging at 100°C×24 h.As the amount of reclaimed rubber increased,tanδshows a tendency to rise first and then drop and reascend.
