摘　　要：由于各轮胎厂工艺不同,对帘布裁切角度有不同的需求,且半钢轮胎常有2层帘布,两层帘布裁切角度也不同。本文介绍一种成本较低且能提高裁切精度的半自动变角度的帘布裁切装置,通过合理的设计其在主机供料架中的位置以及自身结构实现此功能。Different tire factoryhas different requirements for the cutting angle of the cord fabric,and the semi-steel tires often have two layers ofcord,and the cutting angles of the cords are also different.This article describes a semi-autom aticangle-chang ing cord fabric cutting device with low cost which can improve cutting accuracy.This function is achieved through reasonable design and its own structure.
