摘　　要：计算机的硬件故障通常比较简单,如果发现计算机出现硬件问题,应及时关闭计算机的电源,并且做好控制工作,使用鼠标和键盘进行转移,禁止进行下一步操作,更换设备。管理人员以及相关工作人员可以有效设置学生计算机的网上邻居,在属性当中关闭文件和打印共享功能,通过这样的操作避免学生计算机之间互相干扰,也避免学生擅自访问。在很多情况之下如果发生故障,不能够及时找到并且确定管理人员,也就不能够马上排除故障,严重影响计算机的管理效果。因此,必须派遣专门的技术人员以及管理人员做好日常维护工作,在完成指定的教学任务以及目标之后,做好多方面的维护工作。The computer hardware failure is usually relatively simple.If you find that the computer has a hardware problem,you should turn off the power of the computer in time and make the control work,use the mouse and keyboard to transfer,prohibit the next operation and replace the device.Managers and related staff can make effective settings on the student's computer's network neighborhood,close files and print sharing features in the properties,through which students can not interfere with each other's computers,nor can they be accessed without permission.In many cases,if a fault occurs,it can not find and identify the manager in time,and can not immediately troubleshoot and solve the problem,which seriously affects the management effect of the computer.At the same time,we must send specialized technical personnel and management personnel to carry out routine maintenance work,after completing the specified teaching tasks and objectives,do a gr eat deal of maintenance.
