摘　　要：微软的Office软件是日常办公的必然选择之一,其电子表格软件Excel在非专业数据处理方面具有强大的优势。然而Excel软件尚未实现两个或多个表格的自动合并功能,用户通常以手工方式合并表格。手工方式合并表格不仅低效,而且易出现操作上的失误,影响合并结果的正确性和可靠性。为此,研究面向办公辅助的Excel电子表格自动合并技术,通过VC编程调用Excel自动化对象来实现对Excel表格的操控,从而实现Excel表格自动合并的功能。系统性能良好,运行高效可靠。Microsoft's Office software is one of the inevitable choices of daily office.Its spreadsheet software Excel has strong advantages in non professional data processing.However,Excel software has not integrated the automatic merging functions of two or more tables,and users usually merge tables by hand.Manual combination of forms is not only inefficient and easy to fail in operation,which brings about the correctness and reliability of the combined results.To solve this problem,we study the automatic merging technology of Excel spreadsheet for office assistant applications,and invoke Excel automation objects through VC programming to realize the manipulation technology of Excel tables,so as to realize the function of automatic merging of Excel forms.The performance of the system is good and the operation is efficient and reliable.
