摘　　要：笔者通过对互联网医疗特别是移动互联医疗细分领域发展的数据分析,结合国内外实践实例,深入探讨并论证了移动互联医疗的运营逻辑准则在提高医疗资源配置效率、重构医疗关系形态等方面所能起到的作用。利用计算机技术以及统计分析,针对医院移动互联运营要求提出了一种运营逻辑准则,并应用于患者就医、医患沟通以及移动互联医院运营全流程,以期明确在移动互联环境下医院运营的发展方向,最终呈现国家医改决策层当下对互联网+医疗的思考图景。Based on the analysis of the development of medical Internet especially in the field of mobile internet medical segmentation data,combined with domestic and international practice,discusses and demonstrates the operation rule of mobile internet medical can play in improving the efficiency of medical resource allocation,medical treatment and other aspects of the role of morphological reconstruction.The use of computer technology and statistical analysis,according to the operational requirements of hospital mobile Internet presents a logic operation criterion,and applied to the medical treatment of patients,the doctor-patient communication and mobile Internet hospital operation process,in order to make clear in the development of hospital operating environment to the mobile Internet,the final presentation of national health care reform decision-making as the Internet plus medical thinking of picture.
