发挥通信网络安全基线作用的措施

摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,通信网络普及,给人们的生活带来了极大的便利,可是通信网络在运营中却存在一些安全隐患,为更好排除安全隐患,运营商应及时发现这些问题,制定网络安全基线,使网络安全基线与其所承载的业务更好结合。为此,要将通信网络安全基线的检查纳入各级网管维护部门的维护作业计划,并且要实现通信网络安全检查的工具化、自动化,最后要加强对运用人员的培训,强化运用人员的安全意识,这些措施可以更好地发挥通信网络安全基线的作用。With the development of information technology,the popularity of communication networks has brought great convenience to people's lives,but there are some security risks in the operation of the communication network,in order to solve these security risks,the operator should identify these problems timely and establish the network security baseline,so that the network security baseline can be better combined with the service it carries.Therefore,we should incorporate the baseline inspection of communication network security into the maintenance operations plan of the network management and maintenance departments at all levels,besides,we will realize the tool and automation of communication network security inspection,meanwhile,we should strengthen the training and safety consciousness of operational personnel.All these measures can play the role of communication network security baseline better.
