摘　　要：伴随"金财工程"建设的逐步发展,公共财政制度越来越健全,而财政管理的科学化和细分化发展对财政管理的思想与方式提出了更多的要求。财政信息化的飞速发展,将科学理财、依法理财与精细化管理汇集到财政工作中,致力于打造财政管理一体化的信息平台,为财政的改革创新创造了有利的环境。Along with the gradual development of“Golden Finance Project”building,public financial system becomes more and more sound.At mean while,the scientific and subdivision development of the fiscal administration will raise more requirement of the thought and way of the financial management.The high speed development of the finance informatization will collect financial scientific,law and delicacy management to the financial work,and build an information platform for financial management integration,create a favorable environment for the reform and innovation of the finance.
