摘 要:微生物蛋白酶来源广泛,根据不同的分类标准可以分成许多类,其在工业和学术研究方面有着广泛的应用,与传统化学蛋白酶相比更加经济、环保。该文对微生物蛋白酶的分类及国内外研究进展、微生物蛋白酶的应用前景、结论与展望3个方面进行了综述。Microbial proteases are widely used in industrial and academic research.Microbial proteases are widely distributed and can be divided into many classes according to different classification criteria.Microbial protease has a good prospect of application,and it is more economical and environmental than the traditional chemical protease.In order to provide references for making full use of microbial protease,this paper summarizes three aspects of microbial protease classification,research progress at home and abroad,application prospect of microbial protease,conclusion and prospect.
