摘　　要：农业气象学是农学类专业的一门与农业生产紧联系密、应用性强的交叉学科课程,通过聘请行业专家为兼职教师参与教学,专兼教师共同商讨确定课程教学大纲和主要教学内容,与临河区气象局合作带学生实地参观实习实践,构建培养学生综合应用能力的新教学模式。该文就应用型农学本科农业气象学课程的专兼教师结合教学改革模式进行了探讨。Agricultural Meteorology is an interdisciplinary course closely linked with agricultural production,which is closely related to agricultural production.By employing industry experts as part-time teachers to participate in teaching,to discuss and determine the course syllabus and teaching content together,in cooperation with the Meteorological Bureau of Linhe District,took the students to practice in the the Meteorological Bureau,and constructed a new teaching mode to cultivate students'comprehensive application ability.This paper discussed the reform mode of special and part-time teachers in agricultural meteorology course of undergraduate agricultural.
