摘  要:铬革屑是难处理制革固废之一,其结构中含有大量氨基和阳性铬等活性位点。基于"以废治废"的思路,研究了铬革屑对酸性蓝H染料的吸附特性。结果表明:吸附符合准一级动力学,吸附速率常数为0.0097 min^(-1);符合Langmuir吸附模型,最大吸附量为1250 mg/g;在低浓度染料溶液中,铬革屑对酸性蓝H染料吸附能较好地符合Freundlich吸附模型;在p H为3、温度为303K、时间为240 min条件下,铬革屑对酸性蓝H表现出较好的吸附性能。Chrome shaving is one of the intractable tannery solid wastes for containing of chromium.Based on the principles of“by waste”,the adsorption properties of chrome shavings on acid blue H dye were studied for the chrome shaving containing a large amount of active sites like trivalent chromium and amino groups which can bind to the anionic dye.The study results showed that:Adsorption conforms to the standard level dynamics,and in line with the Langmuir adsorption model,the maximum adsorption quantity is 1250mg/g,in the low concentration of dye solution,chrome leather shaving of acid blue H dye adsorption can well meet Freundlich adsorption model.Chrome shavings show good adsorption performance on acid blue H under the conditions at pH of 3,time of 45min,and a temperature of 303K.
