摘 要:大采高综采工作面的快速回撤技术是矿井实现持续高产高效和安全生产的重要环节,同时也是制约综采工作面单产水平的重要因素。目前,我国煤矿综采设备多采用上行式回撤,但受地质条件、设备布置等因素的制约,无法顺利实现上行式回撤。本文针对红柳煤矿I010204大采高综采工作面支架回撤过程中遇到上出口冒顶的问题,提出了切实可行的绕道下行式支架回撤技术,并在实践中验证该技术的安全性和可操作性。在保证作业人员安全和回撤工期的前提下,为企业挽回设备资产损失近400万元,有效降低了作业人员的劳动强度,填补了国内大采高工作面下行式回撤的空白。The quick retracing techniques of large mining height fully mechanized mining face are the impor-tant link of sustainable high yield high efficiency and safety production of the mine.Meanwhile,the tech-niques are the important factors that constraining improvement of unit yield level in the integrated mining working face.So far coal mining equipment all adopt upper retracement,but restrained by the geological con-ditions and equipment layout,etc.,the large mining height support can't implement upper retracement.Aim-ing at the upper exit puking problems encountered in the retracting process of I010204 large mining height fully mechanized mining face support of Hongliu Coal Mine,the paper puts forward feasible detour down-ward support and proves the safety and maneuverability of the technique.Under the premise that ensure the safety of working personnel and retracing period,it does not only save nearly 4 million Yuan equipment as-sets losses,but also effectively reduces the labor intensity and fill the blank of downward retracement in the domestic large mining height support.
