摘  要:采用自主设计的中尺度(0.60 m×0.25 m×0.25 m)阴燃实验平台,对密度为30、35 kg/m3的FPUF在2、3、5、7 L/min空气气流速率下进行阴燃实验研究。电加热器以8 k W功率从一端点燃样品,温度达到350℃时停止加热,研究气流速率对阴燃的影响。结果表明:在2、3、5、7 L/min空气气流速率下,两种密度FPUF的阴燃建立时间随气流速率增大而减小,阴燃传播速率均随时间呈线性增长。在5 L/min气流速率下,最高温度(距离热源48 cm处)分别可达到410、390℃。不同气流速率下两种FPUF阴燃温度为T(5 L/min)>T(3 L/min)>T(2 L/min)>T(7 L/min)。同一气流速率下,较低密度FPUF阴燃温度均高于较高密度FPUF。The mesoscale smoldering simulation device(0.60 m×0.25 m×0.25 m)was designed and the smoldering experiments of flexible polyurethane foam(FPUF)with density of 30、35 kg/m3 were car?ried out by it under air flow rate of 2,3,5 and 7 L/min.The sam?ples were heated from the end by electric heater of 8 kW until the temperature was 350℃.The influence of air flow rate on smolder?ing was researched.Results showed that building time of smolder?ing decreases with increasing of air flow rate under 2,3,5 and 7 L/min,while the smoldering spread rate increased linearly.The high?est temperatures(48 cm from the heater)of these two FPUF can be 410℃and 390℃respectively under air flow of 5 L/min.The smol?dering temperatures of both the FPUF under different air flow rates were as follows:T(5 L/min)>T(3 L/min)>T(2 L/min)>T(7 L/min),and the smoldering temperature of 30 kg/m3 FPUF is high?er than that of 35 kg/m3 FPUF.
