摘  要:为了研究大型实际煤矿瓦斯爆炸火焰传播规律,在长1.5 m、内径0.1 m的小尺寸管道实验基础上,同比例放大管道尺寸至3、5、10、15、20倍,利用FLUENT软件模拟研究甲烷爆炸初期火焰传播特征,得出5个尺度下的火焰传播速度、爆炸压力和爆炸温度的变化规律,并得到拟合曲线。结果表明,管道尺寸对爆炸压力和爆炸温度影响较小;火焰传播速度、爆炸压力和温度是相互影响的。研究可为下一步大尺寸实验提供技术支撑。In order to study the law of large-scale coal mine gas ex-plosion flame propagation,the flame propagation characteristics were studied in the initial stage of methane explosion by FLUENT.The simulation was based on a small-sized pipe test data with the length of 1.5 m and inner diameter of 0.1 m,and the pipe size was enlarged to 3,5,10,15 and 20 times.Under the conditions of 5 scales,the rules of flame spreading velocity,explosion pressure and explosion temperature were gotten,and the fitting curves were gotten.Results showed that,the influence of pipe size on the ex-plosion pressure and temperature was small;the flame spreading velocity,explosion pressure and temperature interact with each other.The research can provide technical support for the next large-scale experiment.
