摘 要:利用自主研发的压缩气体泡沫灭火装置在大尺度油盘及油槽上分别开展灭火及泡沫流动试验。结果显示,压缩气体泡沫发泡均匀,气泡体积小,泡沫层稳定时间长,25%析液时间是吸气式泡沫的2.5倍;在相同灭火时间内,压缩气体泡沫的消耗量为吸气式泡沫的50%~60%;在泡沫混合液供给强度为3~4 L/(min·m2)时,压缩气体泡沫层在着火液面上的流动速率是非燃烧状态下流动速率的50%。针对大型浮顶储罐全面积火灾扑救,提出了移动式压缩气体泡沫灭火系统的配置方案及研发建议。Fire-fighting tests and foam flow tests on large oil pan and oil slot have been conducted with self-developed compressed air foam system accordingly.The results showed that compressed air foam can produce fine foam bubble and the bubbles are small;the foam layer is of long stabilized period and the 25%draining time of compressed air foam is about 2.5 times of that of aspirating foam;the foam consumption of compressed air foam is only 50%~60%of that of aspirating foam under the condition of same fire ex-tinguishing time;the flowing speed of compressed air foam layer on burning oil surface is 50%of the flowing speed on cold oil surface under the foam application rate of 3~4 L/(min·m2).As for fire ex-tinguishment of large oil tank,the application proposal and devel-oping advice of mobile compressed air foam system was proposed.
