摘 要:基于两试验场动力传动系统对标参数分布相匹配为原理,文章提出了动力传动系统试验场关联新方法。此方法基于车载CAN网络,采集襄阳试验场的某耐久试验规范动力传动系统的时域数据作为目标源,通过Matlab编程计算各对标参数(车速、发动机转速等)的分布,结合垫江试验场的路面情况及工况操作变化等进行分布的匹配,从而确立垫江试验场动力传动系统的道路耐久试验规范。文章提出的试验场关联新方法可以为动力传动系统的试验场关联提供重要的量化依据。Based on matching the driveline parameters distribution of the two proving grounds,a new method of driveline durability correlation between proving grounds was presented.The time series data of driveline procedure was collected by CAN network in XiangYang proving ground and as the target for study.Use MATLAB software to obtain the distribution of target driveline parameters(such as vehicle speed,engine speed etc.),then mixed the DianJiang proving ground road surfaces and optimized the events operation to match the target distribution,thereby,obtain the driveline test procedure.This new method can provide an important quantification basis for the driveline correlation between proving grounds.
