摘 要:随着娱乐系统不断走入人们的生活,人们对音箱的造型美学要求越来越高。音箱网孔的设计越来复杂,数据的设计量和复杂程度也越来越大,工程师的工作量也越来越大。在满足透音的基本要求前提下,如何快速、可参数化的实现网状孔的设计、修改,是广大工程师们亟需解决的事情。文章通过自定义特征(UDF)和知识工程(Loop命令)等手段,结合相关设计准则,详细阐述了网状孔设计的参数化过程,减少了大量重复性工作。As the entertainment system continues to enter people's lives,the aesthetic requirements of the speakers are getting higher and higher.The design of the speaker mesh is more and more complicated.The design and complexity of the data are also increasing.The work time of engineers is also increasing.Under the premise of satisfying the basic design rules of sound transmission,how to design and modify the mesh holes quickly and parametrically is a problem that most engineers need to solve urgently.In this paper,through the user design features(UDF)and knowledge adviser(Loop command),combined with the relevant design rules,the parameterized process of the mesh hole design is elaborated,and a mass of repetitive tasks are reduced.
