摘　　要：通过制作2组实验试板,在实验室中使用扫描电子显微镜和能谱扫描仪分析了二氧化碳保护焊的微观结构,并测量了上膜异常区域的导电性,同时通过盐雾实验的对比寻找二氧化碳保护焊电泳上膜异常的原因。By making two groups of experiment test board,in the laboratory using a scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum scanner analyses the onlookers carbon dioxide protection welding structure,and to measure the electrop-horetic membrane on the electrical conductivity of the abnormal area,at the same time,through the contrast of salt spray test for carbon dioxide protection welding abnormal electrophoresis on film.
