摘 要:利用GT-Power软件建立某型单缸柴油机的仿真模型,在此基础上通过改变进气门关闭时刻深入研究Miller循环对单缸柴油机综合性能的影响。研究结果显示,进气门延迟关闭角度为0℃A和5℃A时,柴油机的综合性能较佳。与进气迟闭角为0℃A时相比,进气迟闭角度为5℃A时的NOx排放最大会下降10.56%,输出扭矩也有所减少,但Soot排放和燃油消耗率有所增加,且Soot排放的增长率最大超过27.9%。The simulation model of a single cylinder diesel engine is established by using GT-Power software.On this basis,the influences of Miller cycle on comprehensive performance of a single cylinder diesel engine is studied by changing the closure timings of intake valves.The results show that the comprehensive performance of the diesel engine is better when the delay angles of intake valve closure are 0°CA and 5°CA.NOx emissions decrease up to 10.56%;Soot emissions increase up to 27.9%;Torque declines a little and fuel consumption rate also increases a little when delay angle of intake valve closure is 5°CA compared to the baseline value 0°CA.
