摘  要:研究了晶粒尺寸以及双时效过程中预时效炉冷速率对TB3钛合金组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,在固溶处理TB3钛合金时,随着保温时间的延长β晶粒尺寸逐渐长大,抗拉强度逐渐降低,而延伸率和断面收缩率变化不大。β晶粒尺寸对单时效后合金的抗拉强度影响不大,而延伸率与断面收缩率随晶粒尺寸的增大而降低。双时效过程中预时效炉冷速率越慢,合金的抗拉强度越低,延伸率与断面收缩率越好。The effect of grain size and cooling rate of double aging on microstructure and mechanical properties of TB3 titanium alloy was researched.The result indicates that grain size is increased and tensile strength is decreased with the increasing of solution time,and the elongation and reduction of area are nearly unchanged.The tensile strength after single stage aging is not influenced apparently by theβgrain size,but the elongation and reduction of area isdecreased with the increasing of grain size.When the cooling rate of the furnace of the preaging time at doubleaging is lower,the tensile strength is lower,the elongation and the reduction of area are better.
