摘  要:热泵干燥装置具有高效节能、常压低温干燥、结构形式多样、无污染等特点,因而得到广泛应用。热泵干燥装置在闭式循环中,前期启动和后期降速阶段存在不足,提高干燥温度是解决这个问题的好方法。利用空气能能完成提高干燥温度的任务,可以在前期启动阶段加快干燥介质升温,后期降速阶段提高干燥能力,从而提高能源的利用率,也有利于物料干燥品质的提高。Heat pump drying equipment is equipped with the features of high efficiency、energy saving、atmospheric temperature drying、diverse formation and pollution-free,therefore it has been applied widely.During the closed circulation of heat pump drying device,there has been deficiency in the early stage of the launching and the later stage of the deceleration,so increasing the drying temperature is considered as a good way to solve this problem.The task of improving the drying temperature can be completed with the usage of air,by which the drying up of the medium should be accelerated in the early stage of the launching and the drying capacity should be enhanced in the later stage of the deceleration,thus the utilization of energy can be improved and the material drying quality can be boosted as well.
