摘 要:针对试验中发现弹底可编程时间引信炮口感应装定数据丢失的现象,分析了影响数据丢失的因素,采用ansoft电磁仿真软件分别对高磁导率钢材料、低磁导率材料及低磁导率铝材料引信体底部加装低磁导率钢材料组成的弹底可编程时间引信体进行了感应信号仿真分析,通过仿真分析得出,低磁导率材料引信体底部加装低磁导率钢材料组成的弹底可编程时间引信能够有效提高信号品质,降低装定数据位丢失概率,并为信号滤波处理提供了设计依据。Aimed at the phenomenon that the muzzle induction setting data of base programmable time fuze lost in test,it analyzed the factors that affect the loss of data,and used electromagnetic simulation software to simulation analysis on the induction signals which got from base programmable time fuze formed by high permeability steel,low permeability material and low permeability material with bottomed permeability steel.By simulation,the base programmable time fuze which formed by low permeability material with bottomed permeability steel could effectively improved the signal quality,reduced the probability of data loss,and proved the design basis for signal filtering process.
