摘 要:针对直墙半圆拱可缩性U型钢支架的卡缆约束力不合理问题^([1]),对可缩性U型钢支架提出卡缆临界约束力概念。通过建立直墙半圆拱可缩性U型钢支架的力学模型,给出了支架的卡缆临界约束力的计算公式,并得出在静摩擦系数f=0.20、上下卡缆约束力相等、侧压系数λ=0.4~2.0时,直墙半圆拱可缩性支架系列卡缆临界约束力。To some reasonable problems of straight wall and semi-circular arch yieldable U-steel support clip critical constraints,and then the notion of clip critical constraints of yieldable U-steel support was put forward.The mechanical model of straight wall and semi-circular arch yieldable U-steel support was built,and then the computational formula of clip critical constraints was put forward,and then the results that series clip critical constraints of straight wall and semi-circular arch yieldable U-steel support were reached,as static friction coefficient was f=0.20,constraints of top and down of clips was equal and lateral coefficientλ=0.4~2.0.
