摘 要:在寺家庄公司15203工作面回风巷进行CO_2预裂增透试验,施工10个瓦斯抽采孔,1个CO_2预裂孔,在预裂孔中进行2次CO_2预裂增透试验。通过试验数据的对比分析,CO_2预裂后,在卸压及CO_2置换和驱替共同作用下,预裂范围内的瓦斯含量快速下降,最大瓦斯含量从预裂前的12.2m3/t下降到预裂后的6.92m3/t。CO_2预裂钻孔工程量比常规措施钻孔减少了4.1倍;与常规措施相比,掘进效率提高了1.6倍。试验证明CO_2预裂增透能起到很好的瓦斯治理和区域消突作用。CO2 anti-reflection pre-splitting testing was successfully applied in ventilation roadway of 15203 working face in Sijiazhuang company,and about ten gas drainage holes and one CO2 pre-splitting hole were drilled,and then two CO2 anti-reflection pre-splitting testing were applied.According contrastive analysis of testing data,after CO2 anti-reflection pre-splitting,under action of pressure relief and replacement and displacement by CO2,gas content within pre-splitting scope declined quickly,the maximal content dropped from 12.2m 3/t to 6.92m 3/t,contrast engineering quality of CO2 pre-splitting drilling holes to normal holes,it decreased about 4.1 times,and driving efficiency improved about 1.6 times.The results showed that CO2 pre-splitting,anti-reflection technique was better to gas control and local rockburst elimination.
