摘  要:设计方法可分为概率设计法和定值设计法两大类,前者为目前的设计发展方向,后者为长期以来工程界常用的设计方法。从两种设计方法的定义出发,通过分析计算方法及在设计规范中应用的特点,找到了两种方法对立统一的核心问题和调和二者矛盾的关键,可为准确把握标准编制的发展方向、建立完善的设计标准体系提供技术参考。The design methods can be divided into two categories:probabilistic design method and deterministic design method.The former is the current development direction of design and the latter is a commonly used design method in engineering field for a long time.Starting from the definition of the two design methods,based on the analysis of the calculation methods and the application characteristics in design standards,it is found the key to unity the two methods and the key to reconciling the contradictions between the two,which provides a technical references for the accurate grasp of the development direction of standard compilation and the establishment of a perfect design standard system.
