创业环境、自我效能与大学生村官创业动机

摘　　要：积极推动大学生村官基层创业,既是大学生村官发挥自身优势的基本路径,也是大学生村官成长成才的重要保障。文章运用实证研究方法,通过构建创业环境、自我效能与大学生村官创业动机模型,探讨创业环境、自我效能对大学生村官创业动机的影响。研究表明,创业环境、自我效能对大学生村官的创业动机有非常显著的影响;创业环境中社会文化环境对大学生村官创业动机影响最显著,其次是经济发展环境;而自我效能中机会识别效能影响最显著,其次是管理控制效能和组织承诺效能。Actively promoting the basic level entrepreneurship of college-graduate village leaders is not only a basic way to develop their own advantages,but also an important guarantee for their personal development.By using the method of empirical research,and through building the entrepreneurial environment,the self-efficiency and the entrepreneurial motivation model of college-graduate village leaders,this article is aiming to discuss the influences of entrepreneurial environment and self-efficiency on their entrepreneurial motivations.Research shows that entrepreneurial environment and self-efficiency have a remarkable impact on the entrepre?neurial motivations of them.In entrepreneurial environment,the most significant effect is sociocultural environ?ment,followed by the economic development environment,while in self-efficiency,the most dramatic effect is opportunity recognition performance,followed by the management control efficiency and organizational commitment efficiency.
