摘 要:【目的】明确引起北京昌平区食用百合根及鳞茎腐烂的病原菌种类。【方法】采用PDA培养基对采集自田间的食用百合腐烂发病的根及鳞茎组织进行病原菌分离纯化,对真菌分离物进行孢子形态观测,结合ITS序列分析和致病性测定,对病原真菌进行鉴定。【结果】从发病组织上共分离纯化得到18株真菌分离物,经鉴定,其中尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)12株,角担菌属(Ceratobasidium spp.)真菌分离物6株,室内与田间致病性测定结果表明,尖孢镰刀菌(F.oxysporum)为引起百合根及鳞茎腐烂的致病菌。【结论】造成北京昌平地区食用百合根及鳞茎腐烂病的病原菌为尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)。【Objective】The study is to determine the pathogen which caused the root and bulb rot disease on edible lily of changing district in Beijing.【Methods】The pathogens were isolated and purified on PDA medium from the field diseased edible lily root and bulb tissue.The fungal isolates were identified by morphological observation of spores,ITS sequence analysis and pathogenicity test by Koch’s Postulate.【Results】From diseased lily root tissue,18 fungal strains were purified and identified,including 12 strains of Fusarium oxysporum,and 6 strains of Ceratobasidium spp..The pathogenicity tests results indicated that the F.oxysporum strains caused the lily root and bulb rot disease.【Conclusion】Fusarium oxysporum is the causal agent of the edible lily root and bulb rot disease of Changping in Beijing.
