北京地区冬季不同品种生菜的品质分析

摘　　要：【目的】筛选出更适宜在北京地区冬季种植的紫叶生菜。【方法】选取6个品种对品质进行测定。【结果】北紫生3号的产量最高,紫罗马的形态最佳,北紫生3号的抗性最强,北紫生4号的营养物质指标最好,北紫生2号的口感最佳。【结论】品种北紫生3号的综合表现最优,最适宜在北京地区冬季进行推广栽培;品种北紫生4号的花青素含量最高,适合作为保健蔬菜推广栽培。【Objective】In order to select more suitable purple leaf lettuce for planting at Beijing area in winter;【Methods】Select six varieties of quality determination;【Results】The NO.3 beizisheng has the highest yield,Roman lettuce has the best exterior,NO.3 beizisheng has the strongest resistant ability,the nutrient content of NO.4 beizisheng is the highest,NO.2 beizisheng has the best taste;【Conclusion】The best comprehensive performance of the varieties is NO.3 beizisheng,and it’s the most suitable for popularization and cultivation at Beijing area in winter;NO.4 beizisheng has the highest anthocyanin content,which is suitable as a healthy vegetable to promote cultivation.
