摘  要:对45钢热浸镀铝后再高温扩散退火,得到Fe–Al金属间化合物镀层,并进行销盘式干滑动摩擦磨损试验。探讨了在不同温度下扩散处理不同时间所得镀层的组成、形貌及其在不同载荷和滑动速率下的干滑动磨损行为和机理。结果表明,经1 050°C扩散退火4.5 h后的热浸镀铝层由内层Fe Al相和外层Fe_3Al相构成。热浸镀铝钢在0.75 m/s的低速下滑动时主要为磨粒磨损,磨损率很高。当滑动速率为1.50 m/s时,热浸镀铝钢主要表现为塑性变形和轻微氧化磨损,磨面生成具有保护作用的双层摩擦层,磨损率降低。当滑动速率为4.00 m/s时,磨损机制由轻微的氧化磨损转变为严重的氧化磨损,摩擦层出现较大面积剥层、裂纹和断裂,磨损率小幅升高。Fe–Al intermetallic coatings were obtained on 45 steel by hot-dip aluminizing followed by high-temperature diffusion annealing,and dry pin-on-disc sliding friction and wear test was conducted.The composition and morphology of the coatings treated by diffusion annealing at different temperatures for different time,and their dry sliding wear behavior and mechanism at different loads and sliding rates was discussed.The hot-dip aluminizing coating is composed of an inner FeAl layer and an outer Fe3Al layer after being annealed at 1 050°C for 4.5 h.At a low sliding rate of 0.75 m/s,the hot-dip aluminizing coating mainly shows an abrasive wear with a high wear rate.While its wear mechanism is plastic deformation and mild oxidative wear at a sliding rate of 1.50 m/s,and a double tribo-layer with protective function is formed on the worn surface,resulting in a decreased wear rate.At the sliding rate of 4.00 m/s,the wear mechanism is changed from mild oxidative wear to severe oxidative wear,and a large area of delamination,cracks and fractures appear in the tribo-layer,leading to a slight increase of wear rate.
