摘  要:采用VB编程软件对传统扩散限制凝聚模型进行改进,通过改变特定漂移概率下的粒子数和运动步长,模拟点电极金属二维分形生长的过程。采用MATLAB软件对分形图进行分析时发现,分形维数随着粒子数的增多而逐渐增大,随着运动步长的增大而逐渐减小。模拟的分形图与特定条件下铜电沉积物的形貌较为吻合,分形维数相近,说明通过计算机模拟点电极金属二维分形生长是可行的。The traditional diffusion-limited aggregation model was improved using Visual Basic programming software.The fractal growth of metal on point electrode was simulated by changing the particle number and motion step at a certain drift probability.It was found based on the analysis of fractal graphs by MATLAB software that the fractal dimension is increased synchronously with the increasing of particle number,but decreased gradually with the increasing of motion step.The simulation results are in good agreement with the morphologies of experimentally obtained copper electrodeposits under certain conditions,and their fractal dimensions are similar,indicating that the computational simulation of two-dimensional fractal growth of metal on point electrode is feasible.
