摘  要:为了解决在铁路简支箱梁后张法预应力张拉过程中,位于锚穴及检查孔槽口倒角处出现裂缝的问题,建立了该桥的三维有限元精细化模型,对该桥进行了锚固端局部应力精细化分析,通过参数化数值分析得出:当槽口半径R由0.25m增大至0.75m时,锚穴及检查孔槽口倒角处混凝土的拉应力显著降低、局部拉应力区域明显减小,从而从构造上改善了锚穴与槽口倒角处的应力集中现象,并对已经开裂的箱梁提出了补救措施,获得了良好的工程效益,防止了后续制梁张拉过程中出现类似裂缝,研究方法与所得结论对同类工程具有参考价值.A three dimensional finite element refinement model of a bridge was established in order to avoid the appearance of cracks in the anchor hole and rabbet chamfer of the inspection hole when the prestressing stress of post-tensioned simply supported railway box girder tensions.Through the model,a detailed analysis of the local stress at the anchorage end of the bridge was carried out.Parametric numerical analysis shows that the tensile stress of concrete in the anchor hole and rabbet chamfer of the inspection hole significantly decreases and the local tensile stress area obviously reduces when the rabbet radius R increases from 0.25 to 0.75 m,the stress concentration of the anchorage and the rabbet chamfer is structurally improved,and remedial measures are put forward for the cracked box girders.Good engineering benefits can be obtained and similar cracks in the subsequent girder tension process can be prevented by using the methods.The research methods and conclusions are valuable references for similar projects.
