摘 要:为了保证车辆主动减振控制系统数据传输的实时性和可靠性,提出了车辆主动减振控制系统CAN总线的总体设计方案,分析数据传输的实时性和可靠性,制定应用层协议,设计具有冗余性的CAN总线;利用truetime工具箱在Matlab/Simulink环境下结合离散PID控制算法建立了CAN总线的仿真模型.仿真结果表明,存在干扰节点和总线故障时,冗余设计的CAN总线能够保证数据传输的实时性和可靠性,可为工程应用提供参考.In order to ensure the real time and reliability of data transmission of vehicle active vibration control system,the overall scheme of CAN bus for vehicle active vibration control system was proposed,the real time and reliability of data transmission were analyzed,the application layer protocol was formulated,and a CAN bus with redundancy was designed.The simulation model of CAN bus was established by combining the discrete PID control algorithm with the truetime toolbox in Matlab/Simulink environment.Simulation results show that the CAN bus with redundant design can guarantee the real time and reliability of data transmission in the presence of interference nodes and bus faults,which can provide reference for engineering applications.
