摘　　要：资源委员会是国民政府属下的一个专门负责工业建设的机构。抗战全面爆发前夕,资源委员会一方面从事有关国防工业建设的调查工作,一方面开始创办工矿企业。抗战初期,资源委员会又一方面安排直属企业向抗战后方转移,一方面组织、领导沿海地区民营工业拆迁到抗战后方继续生产,并在较短的时间内向后方注入了大量的工业化发展要素,使后方的工业以超常规的速度发展。资源委员会从此成为民国时期最大的国家资本工业企业经营和管理机构。The Resource Committee is a specialized agency responsible for industrial construction under the National Government.On the eve of the outbreak of Anti-Japanese War,the Committee was engaged in investigating the national defense industry construction,and began to establish industrial and mining enterprises.In the early days of the war against aggression,the Committee was busy in arranging the enterprises directly under the central government to transfer to the rear,while organizing and leading the coastal private enterprises to move to the rear and continue production there.So a large number of elements of industrial development were injected into the rear in a short period of time,and the industrialization of the rear was driven and developed at an extraordinary speed.Since then,the Resources Committee had become the largest operational and regulatory agency of the national capital industrial enterprises in the period of the Republic of China.
