新形势下人工智能产业发展现状研究——以江苏为例

摘　　要：人工智能产业规模不断增长,企业数量不断增加,新技术不断突破,在推动经济繁荣、改善民生及保障国家和国土安全方面具有重要战略意义。文章分析了在全球经济一体化背景下,美国、欧盟、英国、日韩和中国人工智能产业发展的现状,针对江苏人工智能产业的发展水平和所处地位,分别从产业生态状况、基础产业水平、细分产业优势及开发区发展现状等方面总结了江苏人工智能产业的发展优势,并针对全球人工智能产业发展的趋势,提出进一步的发展建议。With the rising growth of the industrial scale,the increasing number of the enterprises,the breaching of thenew technology,the artifi?al intelligence has the strategic significance in promoting economic prosperity,improvinglivelihood and protecting the homeland security.Under the background of the global economic integration,this paperanalyzes the present situation of the development of artificial intelligence industry in the United States,the EuropeanUnion,the United Kingdorh,Japan,South Korea and China.In view of the development level and position of theartificial intelligence industry in Jiangsu,this paper summarizes the development advantages of artificial intelligenceindustry in Jiangsu from the aspects of industrial ecological status,basic industry level,industrial advantages and thedevelopment status of the development zones.In view of the trend of the global artificial intelligence industrydevelopment,the further development proposals are put forward.
