摘 要:目的探讨格列喹酮和胰激肽原酶对糖尿病肾病的疗效,并通过检测血清Cys-C的变化,探讨两者联合作用的作用机制。方法选取2017年1月至2018年2月于我院内分泌科住院治疗的糖尿病患者145例,根据UAER分为对照组(A组,UAER<200μg/min)71例和实验组(B组,UAER>200μg/min)74例。将B组随机分为格列喹酮治疗组(C组)21例、胰激肽原酶治疗组(D组)32例及联合治疗组(E组)21例。B组给予药物治疗至少1周后复查Cys-C,比较治疗前后Cys-C水平的变化。结果 B组治疗后Cys-C水平均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,E组患者治疗后Cys-C水平下降最明显(P<0.01)。结论格列喹酮及胰激肽原酶单用均可降低糖尿病肾病患者Cys-C水平,但两者联用降低血清CysC水平更为显著。To investigate the effects of gliquidone combined with pancreatic kininogenase on diabetic nephropathy,and to explore the mechanism of the combination by detecting the serum Cys-C.Methods A total of 145 patients with diabetes who were hospitalized in the endocrinology department of our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected.According to the UAER level,71 cases belonged to the control group(Group A,UAER<200μg/min)and 74 cases belonged to the experimental group(Group B,UAER>200μg/min).Group B was randomly divided into Group C(21 patients),Group D(32 patients)and Group E(21 patients).The level of Cys-C was detected after Group B was given the treatment for at least 1 week,and the changes of Cys-C level before and after the treatment of all the patients were compared.Results The Cys-C level decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)in Group B,among which the Cys-C level decreased most significantly after treatment in Group E(P<0.01).Conclusion The single use of gliquidone and pancreatic kininogenase could lower the Cys-C level of diabetic nephropathy patients,but the combination of the two drugs was more significant in decreasing serum Cys-C level.
