萧氏双C护理方式在初次行电子胃镜检查患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的将萧氏双C护理应用于初次行电子胃镜检查禁食水患者中,以期提高禁食水患者的舒适度。方法将2400例初次行电子胃镜检查的禁食水患者随机分为试验组(1200例)和对照组(1200例),试验组在常规情绪安慰及健康指导的基础上增加舒适护理,对照组患者接受常规的情绪安慰与健康指导,使用简化的舒适状况量表评价测量两组禁食水患者护理前后的舒适度,并比较两组患者对胃镜检查的依从性及对内镜中心服务的满意度。结果干预后,试验组舒适度、依从性、患者满意度评分得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能有效提高行电子胃镜检查禁食水患者的舒适度,提高患者的依从性,从而有效提高患者满意度。Objective The application of comfortable nursing on endoscopic examination of upper digestive tract in patients with fasting water fasting,in order to improve the comfort of patients.Methods The first time of 2400 patients underwent endoscopic examination of upper digestive tract fasting patients were randomly divided into experimental group(1200 cases)and control group(1200 cases),the experimental group increased in the comfortable nursing routine health guidance and emotional comfort,the control group received routine emotional comfort and health guidance,the use of simplified Comfort Status Scale Measurement and evaluation of two groups before and after fasting nursing comfort,the incidence of the compliance of the two groups of patients with gastroscopy and the satisfaction of the endoscopy center service were compared.Results After the intervention,the experimental group comfort score higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),at the same time,the occurrence of side effects was lower than the control group of patients in the experimental group,there were significant differences compared between the groups(P 0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing can effectively improve the comfort of patients undergoing fasting gastroscopy and improve the compliance of patients undergoing fasting water gastroscopy,so as to effectively improve patient satisfaction.
