综合护理干预在肝癌患者TACE围术期疼痛护理管理中的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究综合护理干预在肝癌患者经导管动脉化学栓塞术(transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,TACE)围术期疼痛护理管理中的临床应用价值。方法抽取本院于2016年10月至2017年10月期间行肝癌TACE介入治疗患者98例,随机均分为两组,对照组应用常规护理方案,观察组在对照组的基础上给予综合护理方案进行干预,观察两组肝癌患者TACE围术期疼痛的临床缓解有效率。结果观察组的疼痛缓解有效率为95.92%,对照组疼痛缓解有效率为77.55%,观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够减轻肝癌患者TACE围术期的疼痛程度,为推广肝癌的无痛性TACE介入治疗提供了综合护理管理途径。Objective To study the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in comprehensive pain nursing management for patients with TACE(transcatheter arterial chemoembolization)perioperative period of liver cancer.Methods 98 patients underwent TACE interventional therapy of liver cancer in our hospital from October2016 to October 2017 were selected and divided in to two groups randomly and equmly.The control group was given the conventional nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the nursing given to the control group.The clinical efficacy rate of pain relief of two groups of patients with TACE perioperative period of liver cancer was observed.Results The pain relief effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%,and that of the control group was 77.55%,the treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can alleviate the pain level of the patients with TACE perioperative period of liver cancer,and is worthy of promotion and application.
