摘  要:以科研成果为依托,该文介绍了一个化学综合设计实验,通过"教师引导—学生自主设计方案—材料制备—性能表征—综合分析实验结果—研究型实验报告"的实验过程,对实验教学内容及教学方法进行创新。实验采用共沉淀法制备了一系列Pt/(Al_2O_3)_x-(TiO_2)_(1-x)纳米材料,通过实验室自制的反应器评价其在柴油车尾气净化催化氧化反应中的活性,且进一步表征了催化剂的织构性能、还原性能及晶相结构。实践表明,催化剂Pt/(Al_2O_3)_(0.3)-(Ti O_2)_(0.7)的催化活性最佳。A comprehensive chemical design experiment was introduced on the basis of research achievements,which was innovated the teaching contents and methods by the process of“Teachers5 guide-Students5 design-Material preparation-Performance characterization and Comprehensive analysis”.A series of Pt/(Al2O3)x-(TiO2)1-x nanomaterials were prepared by coprecipitation method and the catalytic activity were investigated by the catalytic oxidation reactions of diesel emission control in the self-made reactor.Moreover,the textural properties,reduction behaviors and structure performance of the catalysts were characterized for further investigation.The results showed that the Pt/(Al2O3)0.3-(TiO2)0.7,catalyst exhibited the best activity.
