图书馆开展青少年足球教练员知识需求服务分析——以嘉应学院图书馆为梅州地区服务为例

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查等研究方法,以服务梅州地区青少年足球教练员的知识需求为主要目的,对梅州市体育运动学校和中小学足球特色学校的一线足球教练员的专业知识获取情况、知识需求状况、知识需求面临的困难等进行调查和分析。在此基础上分析了嘉应学院图书馆发挥智库功能为梅州地区青少年足球教练员提供知识服务的有利条件以及相应策略,为进一步提高本地区青少年足球教练员的专业知识水平服务。Searching literature,interviewing experts and releasing questionnaires and other research methods were adopted in this thesis.To meet the knowledge needs of youth football coaches in Meizhou,investigations and analysis were carried out in professional knowledge demand,knowledge acquisition,and difficulties facing top football coaches in Meizhou Sport School and primary and middle school for football.On the basis of what mentioned above,favorable conditions and relevant strategies of knowledge service were analyzed in order to improve the services,which provided expertise for youth football coaches in Meizhou through the think-tank of Library of Jiaying University.
