摘　　要：目的探讨组织多普勒Tei指数评价房间隔缺损患者右心功能的应用价值。方法纳入60例研究对象,单纯房间隔缺损(ASD)患者35例,其中22例合并肺动脉高压(PH),健康对照组25例。应用组织多普勒获得三尖瓣前叶瓣环运动频谱,得到右室(RV)Tei指数。结果伴PH的ASD患者RV Tei指数明显高于对照组(t=12.65,P<0.05)。单纯ASD不伴PH患者的RV Tei指数与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.41,P>0.05)。伴PH的ASD患者左心室(LV)Tei指数明显高于对照组(t=12.77,P<0.05)。单纯ASD不伴PH患者的LV Tei指数与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.64,P>0.05)。结论单纯ASD引起右心容量负荷增加对RV Tei指数无明显影响,而合并PH的ASD患者RV Tei指数则显著增加。RV Tei指数增高可能预示ASD患者合并PH的存在。Objective To investigate the application value on assessment of RV function in patients with ASD using tissue doppler Tei index.Methods There were 60 cases,that included 25 healthy adults and 35 patients with ASD in which 22 patients with ASD combining pulmonary hypertension(PH).RV Tei index was obtained using tissue doppler.Results RV Tei index was significant higher in patients with ASD combining PH than in healthy adults(t=12.65,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in RV Tei index between healthy adults and patients with ASD not combining PH(t=0.41,P>0.05).Left ventricular Tei index was significant higher in patients with ASD combining PH than in healthy adults(t=12.77,P>0.05).There were no significant differences in LV Tei index between healthy adults and patients with ASD not combining PH(t=0.64,P>0.05).Conclusion Higher RV Tei index may indicate the presence of PH in patients with ASD.
