摘　　要：目的探讨腰椎间盘摘除术后功能锻炼的指导与护理。方法选取2014年1月~2017年1月我院收治的腰椎间盘突出患者50例作为研究对象,进行功能锻炼和护理。结果本组50例患者均愈合,优良率为96.00%。结论腰椎间盘摘除术后再进行正确的功能锻炼和护理,可促进患者恢复。Objective To explore the guidance and nursing of functional exercise after lumbar discectomy.Methods 50 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital(January 2014~2017 January)were selected as the object of study,and functional exercise and nursing care were carried out.Results All the 50 patients healed.The excellent and good rate was 96%.Conclusion Correct exercise and nursing after lumbar discectomy can promote the recovery of the patients.
