蒙医拔罐放血疗法对老年瘙痒症止痒及皮损护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨蒙医拔罐放血疗法对老年瘙痒症止痒及皮损的护理效果。方法选取我院2016年12月~2017年11月收治的40例老年瘙痒症患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组给予蒙医拔罐放血疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加强护理干预。分析比较两组的效果。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于行蒙医拔罐放血疗法治疗老年瘙痒症的患者加强护理干预,治疗有效率高,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To investigate the bleeding and cupping therapy on senile pruritus itching and skin care effect.Methods 40 cases of senile pruritus patients in our hospital from December 2016~2017 years in November as the research object,randomly divided into control group and observation group of 20 cases.The control group was given the bleeding and cupping therapy,observation group in the control group on strengthening nursing intervention.The effect of the two groups was analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion To strengthen the nursing intervention for the bleeding and cupping therapy in the treatment of senile pruritus patients,the effective rate of the treatment is high,it is worth further study and clinical application.
