乳腔镜治疗男性特发性乳腺增生症的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腔镜手术对治疗男性特发性乳腺增生症后护理方法。方法回顾近3年来本科室采用乳腔镜手术治疗的特发男性乳腺增生症患者15例的护理总结。结果 15例患者均乳房外观保持良好,瘢痕增生较少、较轻,心理状态良好的出院。结论选择合适的男性乳腺增生患者采用乳腔镜手术治疗后进行良好护理能够在切除增生的乳腺腺体的同时,使患者保持较好的外形效果及心理状态。Objective To explore the nursing method of the treatment of idiopathic mammary hyperplasia of the male.Methods In the past 3 years,the nursing summary of 15 cases of patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland hyperplasia were treated by endoscopic surgery.Results All 15 patients had good appearance of the chest,the scar hyperplasia was concealed,mild,and the mental state was well discharged.Conclusion To select the appropriate cases,surgical treatment and good nursing can be used to achieve the optimal appearance and mental state of the patients.
