卵巢黄体破裂患者的护理措施与实施心得分析

摘　　要：目的 分析对于卵巢黄体破裂患者急救过程中开展针对性护理的效果。方法 选取2015年6月~2017年6月我院收治的卵巢黄体破裂患者82例作为研究对象,第一时间对其开展了临床抢救,辅以针对性护理,分析结果。结果 患者康复,顺利出院。治愈率为100.00%。住院时长5.25~15.28 d,平均时长(7.52±1.17)d。出院1周后,经B超检查发现,患者附件包块消失。结论 对于卵巢黄体破裂者,在其接受抢救过程中,辅以针对性护理,有助于患者疾病转归,可促进康复进程,值得进一步推广。Objective To analysis the patients with ovarian corpus luteum rupture accordingly in the process of emergency nursing effect.Methods Will pick in June 2015 to June 2017 of our hospital,82 cases of patients with ovarian corpus luteum rupture as the research object,the first time the conducted clinical rescue,complementary with targeted nursing,the results of the analysis.Results The patients recovered and discharged smoothly.The cure rate was 100.00%.Hospitalization time about 5.25~15.28 d,and the average time for d(7.52±1.17)d.1 week after discharge,by B ultrasonic examination found that patients with accessory bag piece.Conclusion For the ovarian corpus luteum rupture,in the rescue process,complementary with targeted nursing,patients out of disease outcome,can promote the rehabilitation process,worthy of further promotion.
