综合护理干预在泌尿外科腹腔镜手术围手术期中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预在泌尿外科腹腔镜手术围手术期中的应用效果。方法选择我院泌尿外科需行腹腔镜手术的患者,将其分为对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予综合护理。结果干预组与对照组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可有效缓解患者对手术的焦虑及恐惧心理。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period of laparoscopic surgery in the Department of urology.Methods The patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in our department of urology were divided into 2 groups,the control group was given routine care,and the intervention group was given comprehensive care.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the intervention group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can effectively relieve the anxiety and fear of the patients.
